HOW SHOULD I TRACK MY RUNS?
Any app or watch the GPS tracks will suffice. We can then convert these runs onto our Google Calendar and keep track of progress during the entire training cycle.
HOW DOES TRAINING DIFFER FROM BEGINNERS TO MORE EXPERIENCED?
All runners will follow a base training of Speed, Recovery, & Long Run. The intensity and longevity of each run will be based off of your past experiences and what race distance you are training for.
DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN?
No. Run/Walk/Run is a great intro into the sport of Running! We will still introduce fun and challenging ways to keep you stimulated during the training process.
HOW FLEXIBLE ARE YOU WITH COMMUNICATION?
I am typically available 9am-9pm EST. Unless I am travelling or running I will respond as quickly as possible. Communication is very important while building our relationship, I make myself very available.
